CSR REPRESENTATIVE

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our medical insurance company. This remote position requires residency in the Houston, TX area. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding members through their insurance policies and claims processes, crucially contributing to member satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Responsible For
  1. Respond to Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from members about their medical insurance policies, coverage, claims, and related questions.
  2. Provide Assistance: Help members understand their insurance benefits, eligibility criteria, copayments, deductibles, and other policy-related information.
  3. Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve member concerns, complaints, and disputes promptly and empathetically, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Additional Requirements
  • Prior experience in medical insurance and call center environments
